Granulopoiesis-related genes are distinctively upregulated in peripheral leukocytes of
patients with antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA)-associated
glomerulonephritis. Affymetrix microarrays identified the upregulation of nine neutrophilic
primary granule genes, including myeloperoxidase (MPO) and proteinase 3 (PR3), plus five
